You can try this msg as well and see if there is any difference in the interface layout compared to using the linux switch msg, I think they will both produce the same result. The Win switch message in your capture is in packet 20521 (and 20571) it is slightly different from a linux switch msg. Please paste the output of lsusb -v -d 12d1:1f17 here and also for 12d1:1576 when it has switched mode.
